We have two options.
1- PTT (State Cargo)
* It's Free
* Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 3 to 5 business days.
* It may take an average of 10-15 business days after delivery to the cargo.
* We do not ship on national or religious holidays.
2- PTS (Special International Transport)
* We charge a fixed fee of 10 €.
* 5 € is added for each extra item
( when checkout , please add the custom shipping fee..You should write '' Name /Surname ,PTS ''in the description section. sample '' Mert Emre Üstün PTS''
* Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 3 - 5 working days.
* Average delivery time will be 3 - 7 working days after delivery to the cargo.
* Delivery time may be longer than expected due to pandemic situation. When we deliver your order to the cargo company, you can track your package with the tracking number we will send to you.
* Delivery time is estimated, we do not provide a refund guarantee for delays.
Important information about import taxes and customs duties
We are not responsible for import taxes and customs duties, or any additional costs that may appear related to shipping. Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Also, some orders may experience customs delays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or delays and cannot predict what might happen. There is a wide variety of customs policies that you should contact your local customs office for more information. Even if we have this information, all taxes may vary depending on your country.
